Dear Dermaclub Team, I have translated my issue from english to italian.
Nell’estate del 2023 ho vissuto alcuni cambiamenti significativi e positivi nella mia vita. Mi sono sposato, ci siamo trasferiti in un nuovo appartamento e abbiamo comprato dei mobili nuovi. L’appartamento si trova nella stessa città, ma in un nuovo edificio all’ultimo piano. il nuovo appartamento è più asciutto e più caldo. Nell’ottobre 2023 ho iniziato a sviluppare una dermatite sulle palpebre, sul collo e sul petto. Non avevo mai avuto una dermatite prima.

It’s probably Atopic Dermatitis and the cause is stress, not the house. To heal, you need to stop washing and apply a Soothing Cream. Do not apply cream to the eyelid area, just never wet it. You can see how it’s treated in the article Atopic Dermatitis on dermaclub.it, English version.

Startet with eyelid in october 2023. in 2024-25, I developed dermatitis on my ears, left arm, right elbow and hands, occasionally feet and shins . In Summer 2025 I purchased a Fitbit smartwatch to track my Stress levels. After wearing the watch for three months 24/7, a small rash appeared (becuase of sweat?) where the strap had been, and it seems to have spread from there. I stopped wearing the watch almost 6 months ago, but the dermatitis is still present.

I have been following the protocol for the eyelid for 5 months now. It does not get much worse but it does not heal either. It seems to be in a cycle: it gets dry and flaky, then red, then dry and flaky again, again.
