I have these white spots on my feet, they just randomly appeared on my heels one day and more and more have shown up out of nowhere.

I have tried foot soaks, extra moisturization, drying them out, hydrogen peroxide, foot files, and have even tried squeezing them and digging them out of my foot, but they just keep coming back with more.

They aren’t bumps, it’s more like they’re embedded multiple layers deep in my skin. They don’t hurt unless pressure is applied directly to them, but they feel weird.
