Startet with eyelid in october 2023. in 2024-25, I developed dermatitis on my ears, left arm, right elbow and hands, occasionally feet and shins . In Summer 2025 I purchased a Fitbit smartwatch to track my Stress levels. After wearing the watch for three months 24/7, a small rash appeared (becuase of sweat?) where the strap had been, and it seems to have spread from there. I stopped wearing the watch almost 6 months ago, but the dermatitis is still present.

I have been following the protocol for the eyelid for 5 months now. It does not get much worse but it does not heal either. It seems to be in a cycle: it gets dry and flaky, then red, then dry and flaky again, again.
