 I would like to turn to you again (rather than any other dermatologists in  my homeland).

Its  about myself, my skin on my hands, it has started few weeks ago on my hands but now it spreads on my whole skin and getting worse.It itches and burns when I have it.

I dont know if is atopy or something else. I havent started to use anything on it yet.  I dont use any cosmetics or creams.

I feel its important to mention I got atopy first when I was a baby at few months old, then its kind of an “on and off game” since then. Sometimes it appears and dissappears. 

I would appreciate any suggestion back.

Can i ask about the direct sun? If my little boy has no atopic, for example on the face, can i expose my child’s face to direct sun? Or a child need to be much older expose to direct sun?

Yes we use potassium permanganate almost every day depends on the redness on his skin. His skin is very dry and red now.If is really red i dont dare to use it.

Or should I just use it every day no matter how much the redness is?

I would like to ask about what suggestions you may have for really bad itching during nighttime? Fenistil would be good or something else? If Fenistil is an okay, in what dosage? I mean how much we can use before sleeping time or if we wake up during the night because is really bad can we use it again? Do Fenistil drops addictive? I feel we must find a solution because after a really nice period of healing of his skin now we got back to the really strong nighttime itching again.  Really bad itching, screthes it strongly and makes really bad damages on his skin again and again. 
His teeth are coming, could it be the reason what makes AD flare ups?

Dear doctor.

I would need some advice because we follow the protocol /PEG cream and kalium permanganat /but he always scratching up his arms till blood comes out. After he scratch the scrab up its always wet and there is always a little pus. When he scratch into it again it starts bleeding again.
On these areas of his body what could help? Or with time it heals by itself, regenerating itself?
Its been a month this problem with the scrathing comes up again and again.
On his whole body there is atopy except under the diaper. 
I just got really curious about this. So may I ask why his whole body atopic but not under the diaper? 
What could be the difference?
Really would appreciate your answer and help.

Ho letto il trattamento suggerito sulla dermatite atopica sulla tua pagina. 
Se lo trovo bene, dice che dovremmo iniziare con la crema Peg e la pulizia con 
Kalium Permanganat. Purtroppo non abbiamo questo tipo di prodotto in Ungheria. Potrei ordinarlo dalla Slovacchia ma solo in un pacchetto da 10 grammi. Quindi misurerò la quantità di cui abbiamo bisogno per me stesso. Ma il problema è che non ho una bilancia di precisione, quindi non posso misurare esattamente 125 milligrammi. La mia domanda è: 120 milligrammi possono andare bene anche in 1 litro d'acqua? Tuttavia il problema della pelle non è nemmeno sul suo corpo, alcune aree sono secche ma non rosse e alcune aree sono rosse ma non secche, e alcune aree del suo corpo stanno piangendo poco fluido e rosso. Sono un po' all'oscuro e allo stesso tempo confuso, dovremmo usare la stessa crema su tutto il corpo o creme diverse su punti diversi? Iniziamo con la crema Peg?
Avrei davvero bisogno del tuo aiuto. Sono disperato.
